COMMON QUESTIONS

What are refurbished products and why i should prefer them?
'Refurbished' is what we call products that have been factory restored/repaired and sold anew with up to 2 years of warranty from the manufacturer in a price that is much lower than the original/initial price. This way you can save money by purchasing laptops/desktops/printers/etc. approved by top manufacturers (e.g. DELL, HP, FUJITSU, LENOVO) with similar or even better performance than their newer models with half the price.

REPAIR PROCESS:

We collect information about the devices we repair which are not shared with third parties but we may keep history of the repair and/or the device.
If you do not accept the repair cost you may be charged a minimum amount for the diagnostics.

Return & Warranty Policy

All products purchased from either our online or physical store are covered by a warranty of at least one year from the date of purchase.

If the product is defective:

Upon arrival, then it is returned to us via courier and is replaced with a new identical product or the value of the returned product is credited to you for future purchases.
Throughout the warranty period, if the damage was caused by misuse of the product
(overclock, breakage, damage from liquids or other external factors) the warranty automatically ceases to be valid and you will be informed of the cost of repair if the repair is possible.
If the product is fully covered by the warranty you will be notified via phone or email about the repair process. If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with an identical or similar one or it's value is credited for future purchases.
