What are Refurbished products and why should I prefer them?
Brand-name products that have been repaired and sold by the manufacturer with up to a 2-year warranty at a price much lower than their original price are characterized as Refurbished. You save money by buying machines with the stamp of leading manufacturers (DELL/HP/FUJITSU/LENOVO etc.) which are equal and sometimes superior in capabilities to new ones.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:

The details of the devices we undertake to repair are recorded for your better service. They are not shared with third parties but a history of the breakdown and/or repair may be kept on file for future breakdowns. Before the repair attempt, written and/or verbal information is provided via email or SMS about the possibility and cost of repairing your device. If the cost is denied, there may be a minimal charge for the diagnostic test.

RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY:

All products purchased from the online or physical store are covered by a warranty of at least one year from the date of purchase.

If the product is defective:

On receipt, it is then returned to us by arrangement via courier at consignee's charge and replaced with a new one or refunded.
Throughout the warranty period, if the damage has resulted from misuse of the product
(overclocking, breakage, damage from liquids or other external factors) the warranty automatically ceases to apply and you will be informed of the cost of repair if this is possible.
If the product is fully covered by the warranty, you will be informed by phone or email about the progress of the repair. If repair is impossible, the product will be replaced with the same or similar product or its value will be credited towards future purchases
