The V6 Max is a custom QMK mechanical keyboard with 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth 5.1. It features a full-size 100% layout and offers a flanged seal design, sound-absorbing foam, Double-Shot PBT keycaps, and more. V6 Max is designed for a personalized experience and increased typing comfort.

To create a fully customizable keyboard, we designed every component to be easily assembled, so you can customize any or all of the parts as you wish.

2.4GHz & Bluetooth Connection

Enjoy top gaming performance on the go with the 2.4GHz wireless connection that delivers a fast 1000Hz refresh rate. For seamless multitasking on your PC, phone and tablet, you can effortlessly connect it via Bluetooth 5.1 to three devices.

Dual receivers

For a better 2.4 GHz wireless experience, it has Type-C and Type-A receivers. Enjoy fast plug-and-play time. Alternatively, place them in the keyboard's magnetic storage slot in the upper right corner.

An epic core inside the keyboard

A powerful ARM architecture MCU equipped with 256K Flash will provide more flexibility to developers. The refresh rate is 1000 Hz right out of the box, which makes lag barely noticeable even in competitive games.

Profile OSA Double-Shot PBT keycaps

These dual-shot PBT keycaps are similar in height to the OEM profile and are SA-shaped. We called it OSA (OEM Spherical Angled). PBT keycaps provide excellent oil resistance, improve typing feel and prevent legend fade.

Switch layouts between macOS and Windows

Designed with the Mac user experience in mind while maintaining compatibility for Windows devices, the Keychron V6 Max features system switching and an additional set of custom keyboards for Windows and macOS systems. You can now save two different keyboard layouts, one for each system.

Program with QMK & Launcher.

QMK open source firmware means endless possibilities for key remapping, macros, shortcuts and more. Now you can easily customize each key with the Keychron Launcher web app.

Hot Swappable

Hot swappable sockets are mounted on the PCB so you can install or change switches without soldering. The PCB supports 3-pin and 5-pin MX mechanical switches.

LED lights RGB South-facing

The south-facing RGB LED is designed to better illuminate the keyboard backlight from the angle of the typist with premium non-shine through PBT keyboards installed. The south-facing RGB is also free of interference when users install alternative OEM keys or Cherry profiles on the keyboard.

Gateron Jupiter Switch

Our exclusive Gateron Jupiter mechanical switch (fully assembled version only) features a 3-pin design, pre-lubricated to a reliable Gateron quality standard with a lifespan of up to 80 million actuations. While the unique LED splitter design offers high RGB backlight transmittance and softer backlight effect. The banana switch provides an early tactile hit on the top with a uniquely smooth experience like these Panda switches on the market.

Screw-in PCB stabilizers

Even a small part matters to the feel of your finger. We've incorporated PCB-mounted screw stabilizers for a smoother typing experience with less wobble on the big keys like spacebar, shift, enter and delete. Keychron V6 Max also supports third-party screw-type PCB stabilizers.
