To create a fully customizable keyboard, we designed each part to be easy to assemble, so you can customize and adjust any or all of the parts the way you want.
2.4 GHz & Bluetooth connection
Enjoy top-notch gaming performance on the go with the 2.4GHz wireless connection featuring a fast 1000Hz polling rate. For seamless multitasking on your computer, phone and tablet, you can connect the V1 Max effortlessly via Bluetooth 5.1 to three devices.
An epic core inside the keyboard
A powerful ARM architecture MCU equipped with 256K Flash will offer more flexibility to developers. The polling rate is 1000 Hz out of the box, which makes lag barely noticeable even in competitive games.
OSA Profile Double-shot PBT Keycaps
These Double-shot PBT keycaps are similar in height to the OEM profile and have a SA-like shape. We called it OSA (OEM spherical angled) keycap. PBT keycaps will provide excellent oil resistance, improve keyboard feel and prevent captions from fading.
Switch layouts between macOS & Windows
Built with the Mac user experience in mind while maintaining compatibility for Windows devices, the Keychron V1 Max features a system switch and an additional set of custom keycaps for both Windows and macOS systems. You can now save two different keyboard layouts, one for each system.
Gasket Mount Design
Adopting a sealing design along with a PC (polycarbonate) plate, the V1 Max reduces acoustic resonance, offering a smoother and quieter typing experience with increased flexibility.
Program with QMK & Launcher.
Open source QMK firmware means endless possibilities for key remapping, macros, shortcuts and more. Now you can easily customize each key with the Keychron Launcher web app.
Hot-swappable
Hot-swappable connectors are mounted on the PCB so you can install or change switches without soldering. The PCB supports both 3-pin MX mechanical switches and 5-pin MX mechanical switches.
RGB LED lights facing south
The south-facing RGB LED is designed to better illuminate the keyboard backlight from the user's typing angle, with premium non-shine-through PBT keycaps installed. The south-facing RGB is also free of interference when users install OEM caps or alternative Cherry profile caps on the keyboard.
Gateron Jupiter switch
Our exclusive Gateron Jupiter mechanical switch (Fully Assembled version only) features a 3-pin design, is pre-lubricated to a reliable Gateron quality standard with a lifespan of up to 80 million keystrokes. While the unique LED diffuser design offers high RGB backlight transmittance and softer backlight effect.
PCB stabilizers with screw
Even the small part matters to the feeling of your fingers. We've integrated the PCB screw stabilizers for a smoother typing experience with less wobble on the big keys like space bar, shift, enter and delete. Keychron V1 Max also supports third-party PCB screw stabilizers.
