Clogging-free extruder, enhanced reliability
The extruder of the K1C is reinforced with a bolster spring and a spherical piston.
It grips the thread tightly without loosening.
Tri-metal “Unicorn” Nozzle, quick change
The durable copper nozzle with a steel tip is integrated with a titanium alloy thermal break. It prevents thermal runaway and can be replaced extremely easily.
Cooling trio, improve print quality
1: Heated end fan
Almost no heat from the hotend to the Extruder.
Premature melting of the yarn by disturbing the feed flow is avoided.
2: Component cooling fan for instant curing
A strong wind hardens the fresh extrudate through a special vent. It catalyzes the bonding of the layers and improves the texture of the layers.
3: Auxiliary fan for overall print quality
An additional fan is located on the side of the chamber to help cool the model.
Carbon fiber filled yarns
K1C can make use of CF filaments, which are widely used in industrial printing for their mechanical strength and resistance to wear, deformation and aging.
