The Graphene Thermal Pads from the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series can be used as an excellent alternative. Similar to the Carbonaut Pads, they have a conformable surface with very high thermal conductivity. Compared to the Carbonaut, the KryoSheet as a high-quality product offers significantly higher thermal conductivity. This increased thermal conductivity is not only due to the choice of material, but also to the innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet does not contain liquid components and is therefore not subject to normal aging, as is the case with traditional thermal pastes. Drying is not possible.

Graphene Thermal Pad KryoSheet have a molecular structure stacked in the Z direction. This optimized structure allows for excellent and stable thermal conductivity. This is due to a specially developed manufacturing process, in which the hexagonal crystal structure of graphite is broken along the basal plane in order to exploit the anisotropy of the thermal conductivity of graphite. However, as a side effect of this complex manufacturing process, the electrical conductivity also increases and the stability of the KryoSheet is affected, so the Pads should only be used as directed!
