Bimetallic material with high hardness for high speed printing
The nozzles are made of robust copper alloy and hardened steel, offering a 7.8 Mohs hardness nozzle head for durability. The excellent thermal conductivity of the copper alloy, up to 330W/mk, ensures uniform heating, enabling high-speed printing at 600mm/s.
Wear-resistant, heat-resistant, for a variety of yarns
Copper alloy is heat resistant up to 500°C, while hardened steel is heat resistant up to 450°C. They can be used with various yarns for printing. Applicable filaments: PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, PLA-CF, PA-CF, PET-CF, etc.
Various size options for more creations
Available nozzle diameters: 0.4mm, 0.6mm and 0.8mm.
